反藏独宣传斗争纲领
 
背景:近日世界各地各主要城市纷纷展开抗议藏独的游行,各个高校也纷纷组织起有关我国西藏问题的讨论和辩论活动。也有不少朋友因为无法有力的说服周围的人而陷入苦闷。本人近日也看到了不少网友的疑惑与求助,今特制本宣传纲领,希望能够提供点帮助。
 
核心:西藏问题之于中国内政的核心权力斗争,战略意义和国家统治的稳定。西方国家以西藏问题指责中国的核心在于其因中国相对高速的发展,对其国际权力,国际影响力造成的逐步压制而产生的恐惧滋生的反华倾向。是以权力斗争为核心,意识形态冲突为表面(参考:“民主,就是不要高效率”麦迪逊,美国建国先贤)的冲突。
然而,这种猴丛林时代的国际规则却是一种潜规则。不适应于做为公开宣传的材料,任何人也没有必要以此为论点。因为懂得这个核心原因的西方人,要不闭口不言,要么根据自身立场坚持以人权、人道为武器进行攻击。
 
目的:明了了西藏问题的核心,我们应该意识到,我们进行反藏独的宣传其目的在于说服我们周围的,被他们自己国家以人权,人道蒙蔽的西方普通民众。从而使我们大家的生存环境更加宽松一些,也可以进一步在一定程度上影响社会舆论。
首先要说明的是,任何妄图改变、影响西方主流观点的尝试,都是天真的、不切实际的妄想。即使在现在的网络时代,民众与主流权力所有者话语权差距相对缩小的情况下,普通民众的影响以还是绝不可能与以财团、媒体、政府为核心的权力机构相提并论。
也许,在以后的某一天,任何一个普通民众都能与权力机构有相同的话语权。真正的民主意识才会产生。(参考,本人文章:。。)
宣传纲领
 
概述:反藏独的宣传核心在于三个基本点,也有三点需要注意并回避的地方。
三个基本点:一,揭露达赖及其集团的邪教本质和欺骗本质。西藏问题与宗教无关,达赖集团才是宗教自由的破坏者。达赖集团并无资格为西藏代言。二,揭露达赖集团的利益根据,并根据此来推断铁杆藏独支持者的数量。同时因为现阶段无法统计独立倾向的多大多数西藏人,可根据利益原则合理的估计其政治倾向。三,关于西藏人民的定义。任何户籍居住地在西藏的中国人民共和国居民,都属于西藏人民。达赖集团的”大西藏“概念,以及任何认为藏族人才是及全是西藏人民的说法,都犯了种族主义的错误,并有种族清洗的倾向。是不符合国际规定和国际原则的。
三点回避点:一,以历史根据来论述。历史上内地与藏地分分合合本就是笔糊涂账。且目前世界大多数国家都有过被占领、被殖民、独立的建国历程。即使历史分析成立,也无法说明西藏属于中国的必然性。二,以西藏现阶段的改革和发展,以及独立后可能的倒退来论述。能否带来进步和发展,与是否应该独立无关。参考“大东亚共荣圈”概念。三,以民族渊源与和谐来论述。民族渊源,民族关系一样可以是国际关系。根本不是一个概念。
 
正文:
 
一,达赖及其集团的邪教本质和欺骗本质。
 
科学与宗教的显著差异之一在于是否有绝对权威的存在。邪教与宗教的显著差异之一在于是以某一种思想为第一权威还是以某一个人为第一权威。即,是否有活着的神。在现今世界的任何一个真正的宗教之中,都没有一个活着的绝对权威的存在,即没有任何一个人可以直接代神行谕。根据教义质疑任何大师和团体的行为,都被允许普遍存在。同时,任何大师或者团体都必须根据教义来解释并说服信徒去接受。一旦任何一个拥有绝对权威可以代神行谕的活人出现,则宗教也会很快蜕变为邪教,如中世纪的欧洲。
西藏的宗教集团,通过以“转世”的名义不断树立起活着的神,并以此来愚弄西藏教民。达赖喇嘛就是被树立起的“活着的神”,说句笑话,这叫达赖往这一站,就是一个政府。从1391年至今617年,通过“转世”的名义树立起13位达赖喇嘛,现今为达赖十四世。在此我们姑且先不质疑世界上是否真的存过“转世”这种事情,尽管在科学界和很多宗教里面并不承认这回事。但我们可以质疑,本身自己并不是神的喇嘛们,是如果能够有能力发现神的转世?并且延续千年不出差错?为何不是神的转世主动出现,而是必须由本身不是神的人去寻找?神的转世为何又没有什么神性?所有所有一切关于寻找转世的过程,没有任何透明性,公开性,也没有任何可以遵循的规则。完全由一个封闭的由高级喇嘛组成的委员会决定一切。
达赖所宣称其拥有的一切:西藏的政治、精神领袖的地位,财富,金碧辉煌的宫殿,信徒和权利全是由“神的转世”这种骗术而来。在此,我们并非说所有宗教都是骗人的。但我们要是,达赖喇嘛的一切都是由行骗得来。同时,说信徒自愿相信就是合理的说法是及其荒谬的。所有在某种骗术中受骗的人,都是自愿的,不然就不属于骗了。试问,如果有骗子的大家上行骗,警察应不应该管?有没有权利管?非法所得有没有必要没收并退回给受骗者?
为了延续在西藏的骗术,达赖及其集团以迫害宗教自由和教育自由为手段来蒙蔽西藏的人民。中华人民共和国宗教法规定任何中华人民共和国公民拥有自主信仰任何宗教的自主权。但达赖集团通过迫害教育自由为手段来限制西藏人民的宗教自由。数十年以来,西藏的喇嘛们一直致力于抵制中国政府在西藏开办普通教育,要求恢复寺庙教育。其目的是封闭西藏人民的视听,妄图让西藏所有的小孩子,要么不读任何书,要么只能进寺庙跟喇嘛们学习佛经。同时还限定寺庙的规模,使得即使是宗教教育,也只有极少数人接受。因为相对于受过宗教教育的人,完全没受过教育的人更好欺骗。而且,只允许少数人能够继承喇嘛集团的统治。不然,喇嘛又由谁养活?这种迫害宗教及教育自由的事情,在世界上的任何地方都是绝不被允许的。
故此,达赖及其集团并非能够代表西藏。我们也绝不承认、容许达赖集团有任何的资格来代表西藏。
 
二,关于独立倾向的西藏民意分析。
 
十九世界五十年代以前,西藏社会为农奴制。据有关资料统计,在当时西藏的这种农奴制度下,不到5%的喇嘛和贵族拥有西藏全部的财产,包括土地,资源,人口甚至生命。喇嘛和贵族对于农奴的生命和身体任何不分拥有绝对的所有权。其间种种残酷的事实,如用从活着的大人和小孩身上取下头骨、剥下完整的人皮做为祭器,由多方资料可以说明,不再多言。
做为这不到5%的喇嘛和贵族,因失去了他们以往在藏区的权力和利益,故拥有强烈的要求独立西藏恢复以往“好时光”的动力。而在这5%当中,以十世班禅为首的班禅集团,因为其于政府的广泛合作,而决定站在政府一边,坚决拥护统一,反对独立。按照班禅集团与达赖集团历史上势力相等的估计,再加上班禅集团长期在国内,在西藏,在藏人中活动,故班禅集团现在在影响力要略高于达赖。如果一来,铁杆支持西藏独立的藏人(注,与西藏人民概念略有不同)只占所有藏族人中不到2%。
关于西藏地区其他藏人的独立倾向。现阶段,没有条件也无法在西藏以全民公投的形式来统计藏人的政治倾向。在缺乏统计数据,也缺乏足够强有力的事实的前提下,我们可以根据利益原则对大多数藏人的政治倾向作出合理的估计。
自中华人民共和国成立以后,西藏取消了农奴制度,建立共和制。任何藏人都拥有完整的公民权力,包括人身自由,宗教自由和教育自由,藏人也同时可以拥有属于自己的财产。同时,政府每年在西藏投资几百亿美金,用于修建学校,公路,铁路,机场等基础设施同时改善人民的生活。除这数百亿的无偿公益建设,每年以个人、集体或国家名义的投资、贸易和旅游构成了西藏几乎全部的财政收入也极大的改善了藏人的生活状况(可由多方资料佐证)。而西藏一旦独立,则所以的政府援助必定失去,其他的投资及收入必会极大的衰减。因此,我们可以据此做出合理分析,绝大不分藏人是坚决对反西藏独立一说的。
实际上,结合现在西藏人口的组成成分。实际支持藏独的人数,会在少于2%的基础上进一步减少。
 
三,关于西藏人民的定义
 
中华人民共和国与1949年成立,并于1950年开始对西藏地区进行有效的统治和管理。至少已有50余年。目前在西藏地区,藏族同胞约占比例为90%,其他民族越10%。按照中华人民共和国相关法律规定,任何户籍所在地为西藏的中华人民共和国公民,均应属于西藏人民。即户籍所在地为西藏的其他民族拥有与户籍所在地为西藏的藏族同胞,对于西藏事务拥有完全一样的权力。同时根据主权法例,任何中国人民共和国公民(不限西藏),对西藏事务均拥有表达意见的权力。
任何有关只有藏族人才拥有对西藏问题表决权的说法,是荒谬的、不合理的、违反国际公约的。这种说法犯了不能容易的种族主义,并有着种族隔离和种族清洗的倾向!试问,拥有外国籍的藏族人士如果拥有对西藏问题的表决权?混血的藏族人的权力由谁来赋予,中国政府还是达赖?另外,一个问题,美国人是谁?
据此分析,如果完全由西藏人民对西藏问题进行表决,独立支持者大概为1%左右。另,在中华人民共和国范围内,支持西藏独立的人口比例大约为0.002%。因此,在没有绝对事实的佐证下,西藏问题没有进行公投表决的必要,任何对西藏进行公投表决的要求都是粗暴的,没有任何根据的。
 
常见问题回答:
 
1,关于3.14西藏暴力镇压
 
答:极少数由达赖集团控制的在西藏内进行恐怖活动的恐怖分子,与2008年3月14日在中国西藏首府拉萨进行了违法暴力犯罪活动。有确凿证据显示造成近10死亡,数百人受伤,数间房屋被烧毁,上百间商店和各种机构受到冲击。
中华人民共和国警察部队,依据刑法对违法者进行抓捕。这是警察的天然权力与责任。其间有个别犯罪分子拒捕,与警察发生一定冲突。对于犯罪分子拒捕,在世界上任何一个国家,警察都是有权力强行抓捕的。
事后不管是根据中国政府公布的抓捕40余人的数字,还是根据达赖集团公布的100余人的数字。对于能在1日内,造成近10死亡,数百人受伤,数间房屋被烧毁,上百间商店和各种机构受到冲击的暴力事件来看。都是合理的犯罪分子的人数。并不可能存在烂捕。
2,因为在中国内没有正当的途径去要求独立,才会产生暴力事件。
 
答:在任何情况下,都没有理由进行针对平民的暴力活动。这个国际公约和各国法律的共识。
目前,中国法律确实不容易任何形式的分裂国家的行为。但是我国提供了团体诉求对法律进行更改的合法途径。任何对法律进行调整和改变的要求都有正当的途径可以表达。
在任何情况下,一个人的行为不被法律所允许都不可能成为破坏法律的正当理由。
据前面分析,也正是由于支持独立的人数太少,才使得那些分裂分子没有足够的力量要求修改法律。
3,表达言论和独立诉求是任何人的天然权力。
 
答:一在任何国家的地区,言论自由都不是天然权力而是法律授予并限制。设想,如果一个人在美国支持本。拉登,并要求布什与拉登对话,是否合法? 二,言论自由并不等于暴力自由。
4,关于西藏人民的定义属于殖民逻辑和强盗逻辑
 
答:这不是任何一定逻辑,这是事实。

Background: Recently, there are many anti-protest pageants in major cities, and also many discussion and debate sessions were hold in some Universities. Some friends felt very bad because they fail to persuade their friends. Even more persons asked for help on Internet. Therefore, hope this guidance can help you.

Core Problem: For China, the core of Tibet problem is the contest of the power and benefit, the deployment of global stratagem and the stabilization of society. The essential reason that the Western countries blame China is that the relative high-speed development of China continuously restricted and limited their power, benefit and influent for globe.  That is the core of the confliction is benefit, and the surface of it is the confliction of ideology (reference: the analysis of the antinomy of democracy and efficiency by Madison, one of the founder of U.S.A).

However, this post-jungle rule is a hidden rule, which is not suitable for publication. Please do not use this as your argumentation. The western people who understand this will either keep silence or keep their position whatever and talk about human rights and humanism.

Purpose:  After understand the core problem, it should be realized that the purpose of propaganda is to persuade the people around us who has been beclouded by their government through the announcement of human rights and humanism. Then, make a more comfortable atmosphere around us and influent the consensus of the society in some degree.

At first, do not be so naive to try to influent and change the major review of the Western society. Even in today’s Internet age, the relative difference of the influence between general person and power owner is decreasing but still not enough for a real democracy.

Abstract: There are three basic points for the propaganda of anti-‘Free Tibet’ and there are also three paradoxes needs you guy to avoid.

The three basic points: First, Lamaism leaded by Dalai and his group is not a real religion, it is evil. There is no relation between the problem of Tibet and religion free. Dalai and his group are right the ones who against and demolish the religion free in Tibet. Dalai’s group is not qualified to deputize Tibet. Second, reveal the benefit foundation of Dalai and his group, and according this make an analysis to estimate the proportion of Tibetan who support independence firmly. For the most other Tibetans, as it is impossible to make referendum immediately to have a statistical result of their viewpoint, an analysis based on the principle of benefit can be made to give a reasonable estimation. At least, analyze the definition of Tibet people. According the Law of China and international convention, every Chinese who is a resident of Tibet will be consider as Tibet people. The concept of Dalai’s ‘Big Tibet’ and any other statement about ‘Only Tibetan is Tibet People’ are racism, and means segregation. It is not allowed in any place of this world.

Three paradoxes: First, do not make statements based on history. Unification and independence (at least autonomy) are both existed in history. It is confuse others and oneself. Moreover, many countries in today’s world are independent form settlements. Even a perfect statement based on history will not able to give the necessity of unification. Second, do not try to give necessity of unification based on the development of Tibet after 1950s and possible decay after independence. It is not an acceptable argumentation when reference to the concept of ‘Far East co-prosperity sphere’. At least, do not use the friendship between Tibetan of other Chinese nations to explain anything. This kind of friendship is also suitable between countries.

 

1, Dalai and his group are cheaters and liars. Their Lamaism is fake and evil.

One of the differences between science and religion is if there is any utterly authority, and one of the differences between a real religion and a fake one is that it uses an ideology system or an alive person as first authority. That is, if is there any God in the religion still alive and publicity. In any real religions all over the world, there is not alive utterly authority. That is, nobody is allowed to give oracle directly. Any believer is able to oppugn any master based on the creeds. Contemporary, any master or group must explain their mind according to the creed and then persuade their believer. Once an utterly authority who can give oracle directly appear, the religion will become fake and evil like the Middle Age or Dark Age in Europe.

The religion group of Tibet continuously makes alive God through reincarnation, and then use this Alive God to fool people. Dalai Lama is the Alive God.  I give him a joke that where he stand, where government is. From 1391, 13 Dalai Lamas were appointed. Today’s Dalai Lama is the 14th Dalai Lama. Here is not to deny the existence of reincarnation, but we oppugn the veracity of finding the reincarnationist. The lamas themselves are not Gods, but how are they able to find the reincarnation of God and make no mistake in more 600 years? Why is the God’s reincarnation not appearing initiatively instead being found by persons who is not god? Why does the God’s reincarnation have no deity? The whole process is not open and has no disciplinarian. It is totally decided by a closed committee which consists of high-level lama.

All the things that Dalai Lama claimed to have, like the position of political leader and spirit leader, wealth, the palace, the power and believers is obtained through cheats and lies. Anyway, it does not mean that every religion is cheat. However, all the things belong to Dalia is obtained through cheats and lies. Moreover, it is absurdity to say that the believers trust him willing. Let’s come to this question: if a swindler cheat person on street should the police stop him? Do the police have rights to stop? Should the dirty money be confiscate and give back the person who has been cheated?

To continue their cheat and benefit, Dalai and his group are against the freedom of religion and the rights of education of Tibetan. According to the law of religion of China, every Chinese citizen have right to choose his own religion autonomy. However, Dalia and his group restricted the Tibetan’s freedom of religion through restrict the Tibetan’s right of education. The lamas are against the general education hold by the Chinese government for the recently 50 years. Their require the government annul the general education, stop every general elementary schools and high schools and let the temple education come back. Their purpose is to becloud the Tibetan, and they hope every Tibetan kids will either be an uneducated or go the temple learn from the lama and then becomes a lama. Moreover, even the chance of person to have a temple education is very limited, because contrasted to people who only take temple education the uneducated people are easy to be fooled and ruled. They also only allow very limited people to be able to be a lama, otherwise who fend them?

Therefore, Dalai and his group have no not qualified to deputize Tibet. Most of Chinese will not accept their delegacy.

2, Estimation the proportion of Tibetan who supports independence.

Before 1950s, serfs system runs in Tibet. According the some materials, under the system, less than 5% people –lamas and aristocrats— possess of everything in Tibet, including land, resource, populace and even human’s life and body. Lamas and aristocrats have absolute ownership of serfs’ life and any part of their bodies. The cruel facts like use skull and whole skin which taken off from alive human as sacrificial utensils and gifts can be proved by various materials.

As these 5% people, they have strong reason to support independence because they want their ‘Old good days’ come back. However, inside these 5%, Ban Chan—another Alive God like Dalai—and his group decide to support unification and be against to independence. Under the assumption that Ban Chan’s group and Dalai’s group have same size in history, plus the fact that Ban Chan’s group stay in Tibet while Dalai’s group is not during the recent 50 years, it can be estimate that Ban Chan’s group is a little bit large than Dalai’s. Therefore, the proportion of Tibetan who has strong reason and supports independence firmly is on less than 2%.

Let’s come to an analysis for other Tibetan. After the foundation of P.R.China, the serfs system in Tibet was abolished. Every Tibetan has entire franchise and human rights and is allowed to have personal property. The government spends tens of billions of dollars in Tibet every year to improve people’s life and build infrastructures like school, highroad, airport and etc. Besides this aid, billions of dollars is invested into Tibet by other Chinese people and groups. Moreover, trading with other parts of china and reception tourist from other parts of china supports the major economy in Tibet, changes and improves the Tibetan’s life. After independence, Tibet will lose all these benefit. Therefore, it is able to make a reasonable conclusion that most Tibetans do not support independence.

In fact, combine to the constitution of Tibet people, the firmly supporter of Tibet independence will be less on the base of 2%.

3, the definition of Tibet people

The P.R.China is founded in 1949, and then starts completely administration in Tibet. It is already 50 years. At present, in Tibet, 90% of the people are Tibetans and 10% are others. According to the related law of China, every Chinese citizen who resident in Tibet should be consider as Tibet people. That is every other Chinese citizen who resident in Tibet has the exactly same rights as Tibetans for the Tibet’s issue. Contemporarily, according to the laws and convention of dominion, any other Chinese citizens beside Tibet also have their right to give opinions on Tibet’s issue.

Any other statements about ‘Only Tibetan can decide Tibet’s issue’ are absurdity, are racism, obey the spirit of international pact and means segregation. It is not allowed in any place of this world. Let’s come to these questions: Does a Tibetan who has a citizen of other country have right to vote on Tibet’s issue? And, who are American?

Finally, based on the analysis above, if let Tibet people to vote on the Tibet’s independence, there will be only 1% people will support. Moreover, if ask all the Chinese citizens vote on Tibet’s independence, the proportion of supporters will be only 0.002%. Therefore, if without more evidences and facts, any body and any country have no reason to blame and protest China about Tibet’s issue.

Frequent Q & A:

1, Q: about the suppression of 3.14 issue in Tibet.

A: Dalai runs a terrorism group in Tibet. These terrorists made terrible things in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, China on 3.14.2008. The evidence show that the terrorists killed about 10 persons, hurt hundreds of person, burned several houses and stores and attacked more than a hundred stores and institutions.

They are criminals and they break the law. Therefore, the police have duty to arrest them. Some criminals resist arrest and attack the police, and then are arrested by force. That is the truth. The police of any other country will do the exactly same thing.

After that, about 40 persons have been arrested. Dalai claimed that the number is above 100. I do not know how he gets this number, but it doesn’t matter! The criminals killed about 10 persons, hurt hundreds of person, burned several houses and stores and attacked more than a hundred stores and institutions in only one day! So, either 40 or 100 will be a reasonable number. There is no suppression existed!

2, Q: The reason for these people use violence is just because they do not have a legitimate method to claim for independence.

A: It is not allowed for anyone to apply violence to populace in any situation! It is humanitarianism protected by international pact and also an argument of all the countries in this world.

Actually, there is indeed no legitimate method to claim for independence in China at present, but there is a legitimate way to require a modification of Law. If there are enough people who require independence, they will also have enough power to require a modification of the Law first.

In any situation and in any place all round the world, one person will not be allowed to break the law when his behavior forbid by the law.

3, Q:  Free speaking is human’s nature right, anyone can claim anything.

A: Free speaking is the right which provided and restrict by law, not a nature right. Is it allowed to support Osama bin Laden and claim that president Bush should make an interlocution with Osama bin Laden? And more, free speaking also does not mean free violence.

4, Q: The statement of the definition of Tibet people is colonists’ and pirate’ logic!

A: Anyway, it is not any kind of logic indeed. It is truth.

一点思考:
 
在中国越来越国际化的今天,中国与国际社会的冲突也越来越大。冲突是有着利益根源,除非中国放弃发展才有可能完全避免冲突。现在,我们只谈谈冲突本身。
 
在普世价值观(其实就是美国价值观)的压力下,中国一直以来出来被动的地位。从来只有被指责而没有指责对方的时候,即使偶尔能指责对方一下,也只能用对方的规则。故此,西方指责中国人权和人道,我们就得说中国人权和人道状况很好。西方指责中国限制言论,我们就只能说我国言论很自由。西方说中国不民主,我们就得说我们慢慢来民主。
 
任何情况下,我们不能够指责西方人不守孝道,不懂含蓄,不懂谦虚,不懂仁义,不讲礼仪廉耻。不能够说西方不讲求国家民族利益至上,不能说西方人不讲究出卖国家民族利益就得千古唾弃?对,很多人会说,我们理解西方人为什么这样。可以西方有尝试理解过我们的做法么?
 
什么造成了现在的状况?是中国需要推广自己的价值观么?其实不然。
 
中国应该首先建立自己的价值观。传统中华文化–这种世界上最先进的文化–经过满清300多年歪曲,丧失了优势。又被现今中国的所废除。而共产主义,现在哪怕是在中国也没有人真正相信。哪我们的价值在哪里?西方的种种道德与价值观有着百年积累的深厚理论,我们该怎么办?
 
1,直接恢复明代之儒。这样不好。在传统文化之中,有很多已不适应现在国际化社会。如仁义君子小人等,对内很适合。可是却不适合按这个准则去与国际打交道。例如如果有国家本来就小人行径,难道你就不予为伍,不饮盗泉了么?
 
2,恢复原始儒教?其实不是个办法,儒教是中国文化的最大组成不分却不是全部。且原始儒教虽经过后世千年委屈,却也有了很多有益的补充。如后世提倡的忠君,就应该摒弃而回复到民为贵,社稷次之,君为轻。“去人欲存天理”“天理即人欲”就该权衡后继承。如“格物穷理”,如内圣外王,如“知行合一”等等。这些有益的,有些由儒学发展而来,有些却是由儒学之外吸收而来。共同才成为中华文化的基石。这是精神层面。在实践层面,西方的精确思维相较中华的模糊思维也能形成有益的补充。
 
所以,在在下看来,目前对于我们来说,其一是建立我中华的价值观,其二是由国力发展而逐步推广价值观。由被动挨打,到求同存异,最后才到世界大同。
 
建立价值观,我提出几点。一,以传统中国文化有根,西方优秀思想为辅。二,尽力恢复去修正满清三百余年对文化的残害。 三,对传统中缺乏的等等不足之处进行修正。 四,对传统文化中种种缺乏国际眼光之处进行修正。四,后丛林时代法则和西方民主现阶段绝不可照搬。

    关于第一条的问题,在各大论坛上已经说了很多次了。偶还是那个观点,宣传材料要看宣传对象来,普世内外皆通的宣传是很难的,这也中宣外交很难做的原因。
    这一条在对于坚定的中共政策原则的把握上,对信活佛的广大藏族同胞的感受的把握上,确实有很重的不足。说是原则性错误也不为过。
     
    但,此一非官方材料,二争对的对象是外国普通民众和普通媒体。而这些人群对活佛,对转世一说,都是不相信甚至完全不了解得。
     
    于是诋毁达赖,淡化班禅,还是一定程度上行得通的哈。 个人见解。。

    所以嘛,做政府的宣传机构是很难的。这个还是要理解第一。
     
    既要使自己通过后丛林法则利益原则占的便宜合理化。 又要使别人通过后丛林法则利益原则占的便宜非法化。
     
    具体对于西藏问题,即要使自己通过对西藏宗教控制取得的利益合法化,又要使达赖通过宗教控制取得的利益非法化,最后还要自圆其说。
     
    于是,只能淡化,回避了。。 所以为啥中央的这种宣传总看得像口号呢?
     
    看来,偶们还是不如美国人民脸皮厚。

    俗话说得理不饶人,这个理错了,敌人就更加嚣张了。

    达赖想搞分裂,宗教自由就是唯一的借口了。把宗教信仰上升到了政治,宗教还能自由吗?达赖又怎能不是宗教自由的破坏者?如果中共果然破坏了西藏的宗教信仰,恐怕今天不但不敢保证有没有达赖喇嘛,这个教派能否存在还是问题。但事实是,自中共发展西藏一来,非但没有破坏西藏的宗教自由,反而废除了喇嘛教一些阴毒的规矩,如挖人眼睛,砍人胳膊。如果这也叫破坏宗教自由,那喇嘛教到底是个什么样的货色也就昭然若揭了,不是邪教又是什么?就是穆斯林,耶教(只是对这两个宗教敲侧旁击,不进行讨论)这些僵硬的教派也没规定过教主可以挖人眼睛,砍人胳膊,将人的头盖骨当饭碗吧?打着宗教信仰的口号,实际上却在涂炭生灵,伤天害理,不是欺骗又是什么?那三个基本点的第一点的严重的原则性错误又在哪里?

    作为一个中国人, 我是硬着头皮看完你的宣传纲领的…  要老外怎么看你的这些说词…  政府整天在说这些东西…
